		<description>I think it&#039;s possible, especially if there&#039;s a supply / demand event. Imagine if you&#039;re a fund that held a large amount of Fannie Stock that may become close to $0 soon. 

You might be forced into making redemptions and have to sell other profitable or good positions to do so. That kind of selling may irrationally depress those good companies and present opportunities for investors. 

But for now we&#039;ll have to wait and see what kind of market reaction comes as a result.</description>
